It’s an ingredient whose safety hasn’t been questioned to date by any person (not less than not that we find out about). BG is permitted by Ecocert and can also be used enthusiastically in natural products. BTW, it’s also a foods additive. It is really a little bit helper ingredient that assists to set the pH in the products to become ideal.
